We will dress appropriately for all events.

We are always on time and reliable.

For Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances, we will return deposits should we have to cancel a release.

Releases will only be made during daylight hours and an hour before sunset to ensure the safety of our birds, as they cannot see well in the dark.

Releases will only be made outdoors.

Releases will not be made in inclement weather.

Please make your reservations via phone or e-mail. We will get you confirmation within 24 hours.

A $50 security deposit is required at the time of reservation. This will be returned to you after your event within two weeks. Your security deposit will not be returned if your event is running late or there are other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of Sound Dove Company.

We gladly accept debit or credit card payments online through PayPal.

All reservations will need to be paid in full 30 days before your event is scheduled.

If you should need to cancel a reservation, please do so more than 30 days before the event is scheduled to ensure a full refund.

If you should cancel less than 30 days before an event, you will receive a refund, less $50 deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel a dove release due to bad weather such as heavy rains, strong winds, hail or thunderstorms. A full refund will be given under these circumstances.

If there are time delays in or out of your control and it is too close to dusk for our birds to fly safely home, no refunds will be given.

We cannot guarantee exactly what our birds will do after they are released. Our birds will always fly up in the air after they are released. They may circle around many times before flying home or they may disappear in the air quickly.

Our service area encompasses an approximate 30-mile radius from our birds' home in Stanwood, WA. This area includes Burlington, LaConner, Mt. Vernon, Arlington, Smokey Point, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Everett, Lynnwood, and Mukilteo. For release areas more than 30 miles from Stanwood, WA please add $50.00. For release areas more than 50 miles away from Stanwood, WA please add $100.00. All mileages are determined from our home to the point of release using Google Maps.
